Compensation: 250 PHP per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing with a focus on personal injury law required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. Your primary focus will be drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, and managing cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Draft comprehensive demand letters outlining liability, damages, and settlement terms.
Manage the organization of pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports.
Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case.
Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in AI tools.
Must be based in the Philippines and able to work the night shift schedule.
