Key Responsibilities

Define and Execute Product Strategy: Craft and refine the product strategy, including defining the product vision, establishing the roadmap, and setting clear, actionable goals that align with our business priorities.
Lead Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive pressures. Use this data to inform strategic decisions and innovate product offerings.
Drive Product Development: Oversee the product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring that our products deliver unique value and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Collaborate Across Functions: Serve as the central liaison among engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams, ensuring cohesive and integrated product development and launch strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights, pitch innovative product ideas, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Product Management: Proven experience, preferably in technology-driven sectors.
Strategic Planning Skills: Strong ability to develop product positioning and market execution that aligns with business goals.
Leadership Capabilities: Exceptional skills in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Robust skills in interpreting market data and financial information to make informed decisions.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
