Job Overview
As a Liens Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving medical and insurance liens. Your responsibilities will include handling lien negotiations, managing administrative duties, and supporting our clients effectively to enhance their legal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records specifically related to lien claims.
  • Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
  • Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens.
  • Maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks to support case management and ensure the smooth operation of the liens team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in lien negotiation, preferably within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on personal injury cases.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to legal and procedural details.
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
