Prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or within domestic legal settings required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Case Manager to support the management of U.S. personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. You will handle document drafting, legal research, client communication, and case coordination, working closely with U.S. law firms to keep cases moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform legal research and case-specific analysis to support case strategy.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate case activities including scheduling, filings, and compliance checks.
  • Identify potential case issues and collaborate with legal teams on solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience in legal environments, particularly within U.S. law firms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal databases, and case management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
