Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Marketing Manager to oversee all digital marketing efforts. You will focus on shaping the long-term marketing vision, leading a high-performing marketing team, and driving campaigns that enhance brand visibility and position CoreBridge as a leader in the industry. This role is key in ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned with our broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies, focusing on digital and brand-building efforts.
Oversee brand positioning and market expansion, emphasizing multi-channel digital strategies that enhance visibility and customer engagement.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the seamless execution of digital campaigns and overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to ensure marketing goals align with company-wide objectives.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain CoreBridge's competitive edge in the business services sector.
Manage partnerships and online collaborations that complement digital campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels.
Proven success in developing large-scale digital marketing strategies and leading teams.
Experience in cross-departmental collaboration, with the ability to communicate marketing goals to company leadership.
Proficiency in AI tools for digital marketing, such as marketing automation platforms, AI-driven analytics, and personalization software.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage AI-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
